Last year, nakareceive ako ng text from my sister and gusto nya makipag meet up sa Podium. Naisip nya ko, baka kailanganin ko daw in the future and para magkaron ako ng investment kahit isa lang. Wala pa nga atang isang oras ng mag sign ako ng papers, ambilis ko maconvince kase andaming investors na andun na nagsa-sign ng contracts and sinasabi nilang maganda nga yung projects. Habang bata pa daw, simulan ng mag ipon at bumili ng investments like bahay or condo na for sure mapapakinabangan na hindi lang ngayon kundi pang matagalan. Tama naman diba..

Sinong mag aakalang may ganito sa Cubao? Sabi nga ng kaopismate ko, parang nasa Mckinley or Taguig, ang ganda kase ng pagkakagawa. Nakatayo na ang ibang building pero syempre yung building namin ginagawa pa.
Yung gym, hindi ko na pinicture-an dahil wala pang laman pero may kalakihan ang lugar. Malang madaling araw kami mag gym ni Fluffy para sure na walang tao.. hahahaha.
At eto ang reason kung bakit ko sya binili, gustong gusto ko magkaron ng sariling swimming pool. Oks lang kahit may ka-share basta pagbaba ko my swimming pool. Malaki sya promise, malamang crowded to kapag weekend pero dahil sa nocturnal kami ni Fluffy sa gabi kami magsu-swimming at hindi pa kami iitim.
Eto yung sariling mailbox, my istorbong dalawang payong. Tulad ng nabanggit ko kanina, gawa na yung ibang building kaya may mga nakatira na. Yung children's playground ginagawa pa sa kabilang side, yung katabi ng swimming pool. Nakakaexcite promise! kase turn over na ng building namin next year! Sakto kasal na kami ni Fluffy at my titirhan kami para sa pagsisimula ng pagbuo namin ng pamilya.

ReplyDeleteI agree ate,Maganda talaga ang pagka-conceptualize ng E20. I bought my 2 BR with balcony unit in tower 1 facing the amenities, feb 2010 (pre-selling) now I believe its over 3M na. I paid it in cash kaya mura ng 500k that time.
ReplyDeleteMy Interior designer and my architect told me that they will finish the interior renovation, finishing and furnishings by Oct 1, 2011.
Bare delivery nga lang kaya umabot sa 1.5M pa ang additional expenses ko but its worth naman.
My I.D. uses materials/fixtures from Germany only and tiles from Spain.
Ipapaupa ko weekly or monthly sa mga Foreign clients ko.

ReplyDeleteHello! I'm also a unit owner here. Got a 2bedroom unit from the 6th Building and actually our unit turnover is today. Yay! :D Do you guys have any idea how much is the reasonable amount to be spent for the interior design? I don't think our family can afford 1.5M just for the I.D. like the anonymous poster above. My mom is leaning towards just doing our own designing (hire na lang ng karpintero) and not get a contractor anymore. Which would be more reasonable? To hire or not to hire? Thanks to anyone who can reply!
